If I'm to believe this article then I would probably be dead by now. I have severe venous disease and every attempt to rectify this life threatening illness was met by poor published data meant to scare the masses. I've suffered this disease for years and only recently was properly diagnosed. Far too late for me, but not so for others. I'll die from improper blood flow from the brain. Neurologist don't want to admit they've been wrong. Is their pride worth more than my life? I think only God can answer that one. However, I feel the issue will be resolved and many will benefit from curing venous disease whether the neurologist care to admit their wrongdoing or not. Our voices will be heard. We are not a silent mass of individuals easily swayed because someone has MD in front of their name.
