 As a bipolar pt I have always wondered why my brothers never exhibited BPD symptoms and I did. This is the first I've seen anyone address this. I'd love to see our scans side-by-side.

 Being an interested non-scientist, I suspect the initial value is that "something" of distinction to the bi-polar condition can be identified and added to accumulating information. Every step in this direction is hopeful toward cure/remediation (perhaps long into the future) and away from moral blame.

 In short. The "bipolar persons" shows certain elements in the brain, but the "no bipolar persons" shows them too. ¿what is the proof? ¿what is the use?
