Drive beyond neurotransmitter

 It is not any neurotransmitter that makes or influences a decision but a program to react on them as shown. The brain would drive a total different policy if programed to do so, no matter what. It is like the BIOS and OS of a computer. We are only exploring our program not the hardware.
