Brandon Barrera
Program Assistant, Neuroscience & Society
Barrera Barrera is the Foundation’s program assistant for Neuroscience & Society. He works closely with the vice president and programmatic team in administrative and support-role capacities. Before joining the Dana Foundation, Brandon worked in the food service, retail, and logistics sectors, developing his communication, organization, and personnel management skillsets. A lifelong New Yorker and a perennial student of social movements, Brandon is studying journalism and data analytics at Lehman College of the City University of New York. When not enthralled by all things science fiction, Brandon has enjoys cycling the city streets, photography, and empowering working-class-led organizations.
