Roundtable Sessions

Each roundtable will include ten participants who represent the research community, classroom teachers, educational leaders, teacher educators, and policy makers. Each roundtable will include a facilitator to shape the discussions and a recorder to capture the dialogue. Facilitators will lead discussions pertaining to the agenda for future research. Discussions will be targeted to generate research questions and determine the best methods for high-quality research. Discussions will also focus on how potential findings could shape educa­tional policy and practice.

Final Wrap-Up Session

Remarks from Nancy Grasmick, Maryland state superintendent of schools. Dick Deasy and Guy McKhann conduct the final session for summary discussion with roundtable participants and panelists.
