As part of its mission to serve as a resource for the law and neuroscience scholarly community, the MacArthur Foundation Research Network on Law and Neuroscience maintains a Bibliography of selected scholarship at the intersection of law and neuroscience.

At present, the Law and Neuroscience Bibliography contains over 1,000 entries, including articles, book chapters, edited volumes and other publications by scholars in law and in a variety of disciplines beyond law.  Abstracts are provided, where available, and in some cases hotlinks lead directly to the cited work.

The creation of the bibliography is described in: Francis X. Shen, The Law and Neuroscience Bibliography: Navigating the Emerging Field of Neurolaw , 38 International Journal of Legal Information 352 (2010).
