Khara Ramos is the Vice President of Neuroscience & Society at the Dana Foundation, where she leads program strategy and grantmaking to support neuroscience that benefits society. She also serves on several national advisory and leadership boards, including the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) research roundtable, NIH advisory committees, the Stanford Alumni Association Board of Directors, and multiple interdisciplinary science, civic, and neuroscience initiatives. She received her Ph.D. in neurosciences from the University of California, San Diego, and her bachelor’s degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.
