Anna Ostrem, MPH
Anna Ostrem is the program assistant for the Neuroscience & Society team. She helps advance the Foundation’s human-centered approach to neuroscience by supporting program operations, grantmaking processes, grants data analytics, and cross-team coordination that supports partnerships and initiatives connecting neuroscience to real-world needs and experiences.
Before joining the Dana Foundation, Anna worked in the global health, policy, and nonprofit spaces, including at the United Nations Executive Office of the Secretary-General, the Fund for Global Health, the Parkinson’s Foundation, and World Vision. Her experience has focused on sustainable development, global health program management, research, fundraising, and communications.
Anna has a Master of Public Health in global health from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in public health-global health from the University of Washington. Anna is originally from Seattle, Washington, and outside of work she loves beach volleyball, musical theater, and reading fantasy books.
