Margaret Matous

Events and Special Projects Coordinator
Margaret Matous is the Dana Foundation’s events and special projects coordinator (previously the Foundation’s communications and administrative coordinator), where she supports both communications and administrative teams with content creation, event planning, and media and archival organization. She joined the Foundation as a communications intern in the summer of 2024 before transitioning into her new position. Margaret earned bachelor’s degrees in both political science and anthropology from The Pennsylvania State University in May 2024 with interests in public health and socioeconomics. After graduating, she moved from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Manhattan. In her free time, Margaret enjoys reading and exploring New York City’s parks.
