Maureen Napolitano
Maureen Napolitano is the senior accountant at the Dana Foundation. She supports essential finance and accounting functions related to investments, audits, and taxes. Before joining the Foundation, Maureen was the assistant controller at the Center for Reproductive Rights, where she was responsible for the consolidation and financial reporting for the Center, as well as the coordination of annual audit and 990 filings. Prior to that role, she was director of accounting at the Council of Churches of Greater Bridgeport and implemented a grant-forecasting model for program directors to better manage grants specific to Health and Human Services and Connecticut’s Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. She started her career at Deloitte and Touche as an auditor with clients in the brokerage industry. Maureen is also an audit committee member of Breezy Point Cooperative, Inc. She is a New York State CPA who holds a B.S. in Accounting and MBA in finance, both from Fordham University. A native New Yorker, Maureen lives in Queens and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and learning to play pickleball.
