Pat Mangini

Pat Mangini is the Dana Foundation’s director of human resources, where she manages employee relations, supporting recruitment and hiring, payroll, strategic employee development, and benefits administration. Pat also works with the finance department as a financial specialist, responsible for department tasks including invoice review and entry, processing financial transactions, issuance of operational and grant payments, and basic financial analysis and reporting. Prior to joining the Foundation, Pat worked at Bankers Trust Company and Prudential Securities. She grew up in Staten Island, New York, and currently resides in New Jersey.
