Who this is for:
Explore how clinical medicine, neuroscience, research collaboration, and advocacy come together to improve care for complex neurological disorders like migraine, highlighting the intersection of social impact and public health education.
We are joined by Dr. Frederick Godley, Founder and President of the Association of Migraine Disorders (AMD). He works to improve migraine care through clinical practice, research collaboration, and public education. Through AMD, Dr. Godley has led major initiatives in patient and clinician education, including the Shades for Migraine awareness campaign, The Migraine Toolbox (a free CME-accredited training program on MyCME.com), as well as the Migraine Science Collaborative that connects clinicians and researchers.
Dr. Godley earned his medical degree from Boston University and completed his surgical training at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and Yale–New Haven Hospital. He has taught at institutions including Johns Hopkins Hospital, Massachusetts Eye and Ear, and Rhode Island Hospital.
